Layover Legends LLC – Media Consent & Release Agreement

By signing this agreement, I grant Layover Legends LLC, its affiliates, representatives, licensees, successors, and assigns permission to photograph, record, livestream, film, and otherwise capture my name, voice, image, likeness, appearance, statements, and/or performance.

I understand that these materials may be used in connection with:

• social media posts and livestreams,
• marketing, advertising, and promotions,
• Layover Legends events, activations, and branded experiences,
• website content, digital content, printed materials, and future business development.

I grant Layover Legends LLC the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, transmit, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit such media in any format or medium now known or later developed.

I understand that I will not receive compensation, royalties, or additional approval rights regarding the use of these materials. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final content.

I release and hold harmless Layover Legends LLC from claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising from the authorized use of this media, including claims related to privacy, publicity, defamation, or emotional distress, except to the extent prohibited by law.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and that I am voluntarily entering into this agreement. If signing on behalf of a minor, I confirm I am the minor's parent or legal guardian and have authority to consent.
